Vijayanagara Empire, Tuluva Dynasty, Krishnadevaraya (1509-1529 CE), Gold ½ Varaha, Obv: Balakrishna seated cross-legged, accosted by a conch (right) and a discus (left), with his left hand resting on his left knee and his right hand holding a lump of butter, a beaded bracelet, armlets and anklets adorning his chubby limbs, Rev:  Nagari legend “(Shri pra/ta)pa krishna/raya” in three lines with interlinear rules, 1.7g, 10.43mm, (Dr. M. Girijapathi # 161), about very fine, Very Rare.
